Mr. Vijay Hede is the Managing Director of Pyramid Finance Ltd. and a Director in Shivranjani Securities Co. Pvt. Ltd. 

Mr. Hede is a Director and Member of the Executive Board of Amiantit Fiberglass Industries India Pvt. Ltd., The Company is the largest manufacturer of GRP pipes in the country.  The company has targeted a turn over of Rs.200 crores for the financial year 2008-`09 and provides gainful employment to about 300 people at Amona Village in Bicholim, Goa.  The company plans for expansion in Gujarat.

He is a Director in Kimplas Piping Systems Pvt. Ltd., Nasik a leading company in India in the manufacture of electro fusion fittings used in last mile of water distribution as well as gas distribution networks and a Shareholder Director in Goa Aquatic Sports Pvt. Ltd., an entrepreneurial venture for high quality Water sports and Adventure Sports in Goa including Scuba Diving.

Mr. Hede is the Past Chairman of CII Goa Council and Past President of Rotary Club of Panaji Midtown and leads the literacy initiative of the club which has led to the support of more than 300 rural children at primary, secondary and professional level.

Mr. Hede was awarded Manager of the Year 2004 Award by Goa Management Association.  He is closely connected as Visiting Faculty to Management Initiatives in Goa.

Mr. Hede is an Alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology-Madras and has completed an accelerated programme in General Management at I.I.M., Ahmedabad.
