Relatively small but fast growing businesses need influx of funds in form of equity and getting a private equity placement is the best way to raise equity funds for such businesses. Private Equity is catching up fast in India and we are a part of this booming sector. Our Private Equity wing is engaged in the identification of potential projects, evaluation of the projects, and then either investing in the project ourselves or syndicating equity investments from other interested investors.

We work with the company to prepare their business plan, future projections to arrive at enterprise value and also help to prepare an attractive presentation to be made to the private equity investor. We also advise the company on shareholders agreement, and other documentation involved in the private equity deal. We have till date syndicated funds for three private limited companies.
